Shipping policy
Due to logistic restrictions, delivery service is unavailable in some areas. If you are unable to type your address during order placement, it means delivery is not supported in your area. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Ship from Global（1-3 days for processing)
* In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. We're improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, so there may be a 2-4 day delay in processing your orders. Additionally, if your order includes special items, such as pre-order and/or customized products, the estimated delivery time will be longer. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
* Please click the "Confirm Delivery" button within 6 months (from the date of shipment). After that, the button will turn gray and cannot be used to get additional points.
* For Vietnam：Canceling items might affect your order's eligibility for free shipping. If, after cancellation, your order no longer meets the criteria for free shipping, you will be required to pay the applicable shipping fee.
If you find that your package has not been delivered within the estimated time, please contact customer service within 90 days of the payment date so that the aforementioned issues can be addressed. Please note that: 1) If the tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, or 2) Your package includes missing/incorrect items or other logistics issues, you should contact us within 60 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information page (Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, East Timor, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Macau, Maldives, Myanmar, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Guam require contacting within 30 days). For orders sent to Honduras, please note: You must be of legal age (+18 years), must have RTN (Tax id) to clear the shipment once it arrives to Honduras. Your shipments will be held by the Honduran customs for their respective process of release and payment of duties and taxes (Additional cost will be associated).
